We are a small specialized breeder of British Shorthair and Longhair cats located in Skierniewice, Poland. Our goal is to promote, show and breed rare silver and golden cats

and chinchilla British Shorthair and Longhair cats also called Highlander, of the highest health and breed standards.

Our cats are pets first. We believe that, in order to pass on to you a healthy sociable pet for life, we must ensure that the kittens begin their lives with an unconditional positive human interaction.
We enjoy showing our wonderful cats and participate in many WCF cat shows.

The purpose of our cattery is to promote the love for cats and a knowledge of their unique personality. Our cats come from excellent catteries in Poland, Czech Republic, Israel, Russia and Ukraine. We breed healthy, strong cats, with the desired characteristics of their race, flawless in nature, tied to a man and what is most important – happy.

All our cats are full members of the family. We do not keep them in cages. We give  them a selected dry food as well as  raw beef and poultry meat.

Mortishia  is a FELV, FIV and PKD negative Cattery.
The health of our cats and kittens is very important to us. We work very closely with our veterinarian to keep all of our cats healthy and all of their booster vaccinations, worming, and health checks up to date.
